Announcement by Al Ansari Capital regarding a change of the membership of the Board of Directors of Al Ansari Daily Liquidity Fund

Al Ansari Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Al Ansari Daily Liquidity Fund due to resignation of board member (Mr. Mahmood Yusuf Al-Kooheji) (membership status: Independent) from (13/06/1445 H.), corresponding to (26/12/2023 G.). The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Dr. Hasan Khalil Al-Masri (membership status: Independent)

2. Mr. Medhat Ahmed Al-Zayer (membership status: Independent)

3. Mr. Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Hogail (membership status: dependent)

4. Mr. Ali Mansour Al-Sgheir (membership status: dependent)
