Al Ansari Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of (Arbah Daily Liquidity Fund) due to appointment of board member (Mr. Waleed Abdulla Alrashdan) (membership status: Dependent) from (13/04/1446 H.), corresponding to (16/10/2024 G.). The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

  1. Mr. Waleed Abdulla Alrashdan (Membership status: Dependent)

  2. Mr. Medhat Ahmed Al-Zayer (Membership status: Dependent)

  3. Mr. Ali Mansour Al-Sgheir (Membership status: Independent)

  4. Mr. Firas Mohammed Bu Khamseen (Membership status: Independent)
