Announcement by Al Ansari Capital regarding a change of the membership of the Board of Directors of Al Ansari Daily Liquidity Fund

Al Ansari Capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of Al Ansari Daily Liquidity Fund due to resignation of board member (Dr. Hasan Khalil Al-Masri) (membership status: Dependent) from (23/01/1446 H.), corresponding to (29/07/2024 G.). The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1. Mr. Medhat Ahmed Al-Zayer (membership status: Dependent)

2. Mr. Ali Mansour Al-Sgheir (membership status: Independent)

3. Mr. Firas Mohammed Bu Khamseen (membership status: Independent)
